We put every effort into keeping our website up to date with all the information you might need. Though we do our best to ensure everything is correct we do acknowledge that there is a risk of human error and it is possible that a genuine mistake may occur. If you should buy something from us based on the wrong information, we will of course replace or refund the item as long as it is unused and remains in a saleable condition.

We reserve the right to decline orders if they are based on incorrect information by either party. Your contract with us begins when your goods are shipped and not before. Should we need to cancel your contract your card will be credited. Should you choose to cancel your contract with us, any items purchased must be returned to Simpers Ltd in their original packaging and in saleable condition within 7 working days of receipt at which time we will credit your card.

Simpers Ltd can not take responsibility for any damages, compensatory, indirect, consequential or direct, data loss, income, profit, property loss or damage and third party claims implied or otherwise when using this website.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not ask you to register when placing an order on our website. This means that your details are used only for each individual transaction and are stored for no purpose other than to send your goods to you and process your payment. We do not pass your details to any third parties. If you ask to be added to our mailing list we will not inundate you with emails, but will keep you informed from time to time of things we genuinely believe you will find of interest. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from this mailing list then you will find a link in the emails that you can click to be removed straight away.

Alternatively email us with a message with the subject as "remove" and we will deal with your request straight away.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

In the event of an item not being available for delivery within 7 working days we will contact you so you can choose to either cancel your order or wait until the product is available. As with any order, you would not be charged until the product is ready to dispatch.
